St. James’s will be hosting the combined churches service on Friday 6th March at 7.00pm. this year it has been prepared by the Christian women of Zimbabwe.

The Lent Group follows the Thursday morning eucharist which starts at 9.45am in The Parish Rooms, to which all are welcome.

Everyone who comes along to this year’s Lent Group will be given a full colour book with a reading, painting or photo and thought for the day for every day of Lent and beyond (small donation gratefully accepted). If you would like to reflect on the world, your place in it and how God relates to you and the world, with a friendly group of people in a peaceful setting, do please come along. You will be very welcome. Don’t worry if you’ve missed the first couple of meetings as you will still be most welcome.

The first Sunday of the month is an All Age Service in church. There is an area at the back of the church with toys, colouring sheets,crayons etc which children are welcome to use at any time throughout the service.
